We Brought our golden doodle to Autumn at 8 months old. We had little control over his behavior and needed help. After two sessions with Autumn we have noticed a big turn around in his behavior! I would give Wildside Canine my highest recommendation!

“I’m so thankful for Autumn’s patient, loving, and effective training style. With Autumns helpful training Tango and I can communicate quickly and effectively. I can take Tango anywhere and I know we can enjoy our time out, without worrying about her behavior. I highly recommend Autumn!”

We have a wonderful Goldendoodle puppy that showed signs of anxiety and lacked confidence. He was chewing and destroying things in the house. When I’d leave he’d pull on the leash, making it challenging to take him places. The changes we’ve seen in our dog over the last few sessions have been remarkable!  Autumn is a warm and friendly person that all dogs will love and provides very clear direction that’s easy to follow.  Her communication and follow through is amazing as well.  Autumn genuinely cares and checks back in on a regular basis after we have a training session to make sure all our questions have been answered.  It was not only fun, but rewarding for my teenage daughter to work with our dog and be trained by Autumn.

Thank You Autumn… You have set us up for success and we are forever grateful!

Wyatt is our 1 year old Labrador Retriever, it is amazing how well he responds to Autumn! He listens better & his confidence has improved immensely. The training is comfortable & never rushed. She is a natural at teaching & leads with such passion & heart. She always follows up after each session to address any questions or concerns I may have. She is our greatest cheerleader & she truly wants to see us succeed. I am so proud when someone compliments me on my pups good behavior. The bond that my pup & I have now is a result of the training sessions through Wildside Canine. I look forward to our continued training adventures with Autumn. She is truly a blessing.

We sent our 16 month old lab Juno off to learn, better manners and impulse control. This was an investment that I am so grateful we made. Not only did Juno learn everything we had hoped for, but so much more. We get compliments everywhere we go now (including some from our veterinarian)!! It is an absolute joy to take Juno out with us now that she has a quick recall and overall good manners.  From shared daily videos to lifetime refreshers , Autumn shows how much she genuinely cares to see you and your pet to be successful and confident. We are beyond thrilled with this experience!

I purchased Winston (Winnie) in October of 2023 with the idea that my kids were leaving for college and I wanted a partner in crime to backpack, camp, take beach trips and just do life with. Over the first 6 months I thought I had laid a foundation with him. He knew lots of “tricks” sit, down, rollover. spin, and shake to name a few. If you have a beagle or hunting breed with a strong scent drive you know that getting reliable recall can be a challenge. Not to mention they are STUBBORN. I worked with him daily but as the months went on he became more unreliable and picked up bad habits such as pulling, lunging, barking in the house and out on walks just to name a few. He is very smart but I didn’t have the skills to move past these challenges. I started with 5 private lessons. I think those were helpful for me to learn how to use different collars, set limits and recognize his body language/behaviors faster As he got older he became more reactive on a leash towards other dogs, to a point where I couldn’t control him and didn’t want to take him on walks for fear he would have a melt down. So I opted for a 3 week board and train program. I am so happy with this decision. The results have exceeded my expectations. He is 100% reliable off leash. He can run and sniff and explore the way he wants and with a simple “lets go” he will come back near me. When given the “ Winnie come” command even if he is on the scent, he will pop his head up and run back to me, sitting either in front of me or at my side. I don’t have to use the stimulation function often, and when I do have to use the collar he responds to low levels and with the noise function. It is so rewarding to me to see him be able to have freedom, while I have confidence that he will return. He is much better on a leash, relaxing at a table while we eat and being in public. He and I have gained confidence together. I am far less nervous about new situations or unpredictable behavior. I feel that his trust and bond with me has also grown. His dog reactivity is still a challenge at times but it too is so much better then it used to be. Now, he is able to walk by dogs with little or no issue. She turned an unmanageable situation into a manageable one. I would not have been able to get him to this point without the help of Autumn. She is very impressive and a natural with the dogs.

Winnie boards with Autumn at least 9 days a month as I am a fireman and work 24 hours shifts at a time. I feel confident that he is cared for and loved while with her. He enjoys playing with the other dogs at Wildside Canine while he is there. Autumn is pleasant, professional, reliable and very good at what she does. I appreciate that if I have an issue with Winnie she will give me advise on how we can be successful. Most importantly for me, my dog is safe and happy with her. I have and will continue to refer people to Wildside Canine.
